Both hands hold fabric on opposite side of standing leg. • Keep free leg behind fabric and turn through center. After turn hold both sides and bring leg forward. • Open fabric and spread your wings. • Lean back and hook your knee. Keep knee bent bring opposite shoulder forward. Now you’re ready to Open Sail⛵ • Open fabric and hand reachs down. • Switch feet and let your foot touch ground Open Sail Dancer • Center your foot and stretch to open hips. Both hands reach forward and gather Open fabric. Stretch and slightly bend knee. • Release fabric turn hips to forward center and stretch open arms. • Bend knee unhook foot and release leg Make sure to listen to your body and enjoy!
