Low Flow Pigeon to Butterfly Sequence This is a simple stretch flow for beginners. If you enjoyed this video please follow and stay tuned for more🙂 Pigeon Pose • Begin with inversion, hook one leg straight up and other leg bend knee. Grab above knee, and pull up to pigeon pose. Enjoy stretching Butterfly Pose • Next both hands holding fabric and turn body forward, bringing your bent knee through the center. Reach to other side of fabric holding then bring shoulders to front of fabric. • Interlock fingers behind fabric, stretch your arms and open hips. Exit • Reach your hands up slightly lift body and straighten both legs front and center. • Feet touch ground, bring shoulders forward and reach hands up behind fabric. Lean forward and open chest. • Lean to one side grab fabric and press down on thigh. •Slowly stretch leg out, reach handtowards ankle for stretch bringing the other hand up to hold fabric. Gaze upward. •Release bend knee around fabric and let your hands slide down. Make sure to listen to your body and enjoy!
