Tree Pose Sequence This is a simple stretch flow for beginners If you enjoyed this video please follow and stay tuned for more🙂 • Step into standing position in fabric. Push one foot to side other leg lean back and hook knee. • Reach up and push wrapped leg down, switch your feet and slip leg behind fabric. Tree Pose • Bend knee and put foot in front of fabric on inner leg. • Put shoulders forward join hands together behind fabric stretching up. Standing Leg Stretch • Your shoulder on standing foot side place behind fabric. Other hand reach down grab toes stretch leg open to side. • Holding on standing leg side bend knee, grab reach grab foot turn in tucking foot into thigh. • Put shoulders forward join hands together behind fabric stretching up. • Put both shoulders to back side of fabric. Unhook foot and bring thru center of fabric so leg is in front. Exit • Hold hands on each side, tightly hold and remove standing foot forward. Slide down. Make sure to listen to your body and enjoy!
