Single Leg Wrap Sequence
This is a simple stretch flow for beginners

β’ Begin with inversion, hook one leg. Open other leg reach toward ankle for stretch.
Climb Up
β’ Reach up grab above knee, as you pull up the wrapped leg presses down and straightens. Bend knee on other side and open hands for pose.
Standing Leg Stretch
β’ Next place foot on ground. On the wrapped leg push fabric to side, straighten leg and open arms.
β’ To increase stretch reach for toes.
Kneeling Hip Opening
β’ Relax leg and put shoulders to front of fabric.
β’ Grab both fabric together and lower knee to ground. Slowly lean back and stretch.
