This is a simple flow for beginners

• Start by opening the fabric and stepping in.
• Step one foot forward to the front of fabric. Make sure both shoulders are behind fabric.
• On the side opposite of standing leg, pull fabric open from behind.
• Bring your foot forward and step into open fabric.
Now you’re ready to spread your wings🙂
• Hands reach up and open legs to sides, adjust if needed.
• Enjoy holding this pose and breathing.
🦋Sitting Butterfly Pose🦋
• Hands reach up and pull as you bring your legs together, bend the knees inside the fabric.
• Open hips and (if you feel balanced) bring hands to prayer pose. Focus on your breathing.
💕Chest Opener💕
• Reach up hold the fabric and lean forward opening chest.
Exit
• Lean back into fabric, bring knees to center, pull up to standing position, and unhook feet into sitting position.
