Low Flow Pigeon Stretch This is a simple low hammock stretching flow for beginners If you enjoyed this video please follow and stay tuned for more🙂 Pigeon Stretch • Start sitting in fabric. Grab sides lean one leg back outside of fabric placing foot on ground. • Bend other leg forward and place shoulders in front of fabric. Facing forward stretch arms up. • Reach up grab sides of fabric rotate hips and chest to facing side stretch. Side Stretch • Rotate chest and hips back to center, grip front of fabric shift body to other side and open wrapped leg. • Place shoulder in front of fabric lean to reach for toes. • Reach up grab sides of fabric rotate hips and chest to facing side stretch keeping foot on ground Exit • Unhook hands rotate body back to center, grab sides of fabric and bring leg back to center. Make sure to listen to your body and enjoy!
