Waist Wrap Straddle Stretch
This is a simple stretch flow for beginners

Waist Wrap
β’ Stand in front of fabric and make a twist. Reach hands through center wrapping front of waist
β’ Reach back put hands through center above the crossed fabric.
β’ Put elbows behind fabric so it is in armpit. Make adjustments so you are centered
Inversion with stretch
β’ Lean back slightly pushing fabric, open legs and hook feet on front side of fabric
β’ Press hands on knees for hip opening stretch.
β’ Bring knees together grab toes and open legs for straddle stretch.
Climb up to Straddle
β’ Hook both legs then bend at knees.
β’ Reach up above knees and pull yourself up. Open legs and arms leaning forward on fabric.
Exit
β’ Reach hands to front of fabric. Hold by waist bring knees together.
β’ Look to your tummy and roll forward.
β’ Release hands and unhook legs.
β’ Bring legs to center turning back to standing position.
