Open Sail to Dancer Pose This flow can be done with hammock about knee level for beginners or intermediate. If you enjoyed this video please follow and stay tuned for more🙂 • Start by opening the fabric and stepping one foot in to back. Both hands hold fabric on opposite side of standing leg. • Keep free leg behind fabric and turn through center. After turn hold both sides and bring leg forward. • Open fabric and spread your wings. • Lean back and hook your knee. Keep knee bent bring opposite shoulder forward. Now you’re ready to Open Sail⛵ • Open fabric and hand reachs down. • Switch feet and let your foot touch ground Open Sail Dancer • Center your foot and stretch to open hips. Low Flow Pigeon to Butterfly Sequence This is a simple stretch flow for beginners. If you enjoyed this video please follow and stay tuned for more🙂 Pigeon Pose • Begin with inversion, hook one leg straight up and other leg bend knee. Grab above knee, and pull up to pigeon pose. Enjoy stretching Butterfly Pose • Next both hands holding fabric and turn body forward, bringing your bent knee through the center. Reach to other side of fabric holding then bring shoulders to front of fabric. • Interlock fingers behind fabric, stretch your arms and open hips. Exit • Reach your hands up slightly lift body and straighten both legs front and center. • Feet touch ground, bring shoulders forward and reach hands up behind fabric. Lean forward and open chest. • Lean to one side grab fabric and press down on thigh. •Slowly stretch leg out, reach handtowards ankle for stretch bringing the other hand up to hold fabric. Gaze upward. •Release bend knee around fabric and let your hands slide down. Make sure to listen to your body and enjoy! Grab sides lean one leg back outside of fabric placing foot on ground. • Bend other leg forward and place shoulders in front of fabric. Facing forward stretch arms up. • Reach up grab sides of fabric rotate hips and chest to facing side stretch. Side Stretch • Rotate chest and hips back to center, grip front of fabric shift body to other side and open wrapped leg. • Place shoulder in front of fabric lean to reach for toes. • Reach up grab sides of fabric rotate hips and chest to facing side stretch keeping foot on ground Exit • Unhook hands rotate body back to center, grab sides of fabric and bring leg back to center. Open Hammock Kite Sequence This is an open hammock flow for beginners and intermediate. If you enjoyed this video please follow and stay tuned for more🙂 • Step one foot into open fabric. Standing foot in the back front leg forward. Grab sides of fabric, open arms spreading fabric. • Push standing leg to the side other leg lean back and hook knee. • Reach up and push wrapped leg down, turn body to open fabric and step foot in. • Hook hand outside in to grip fabric, turn your body to face back grab other side of fabric. • Lift and turn the leg that isn’t wrapped, crossing over the wrapped leg and hook knee Open Kite • Reach down grab the edge of the fabric and open arms. Exit • Unhook knee, and let your body slide down into fabric. Slowly release top hand. Grab fabric on each side pull up and press your wrapped leg down to end in thigh wrap pose. Standing Leg Stretch • Your shoulder on standing foot side place behind fabric. Other hand reach down grab toes stretch leg open to side. • Holding on standing leg side bend knee, grab reach grab foot turn in tucking foot into thigh. • Put shoulders forward join hands together behind fabric stretching up. • Put both shoulders to back side of fabric. Waist Wrap Straddle Stretch

This is a simple stretch flow for beginners

Waist Wrap
• Stand in front of fabric and make a twist. Reach hands through center wrapping front of waist
• Reach back put hands through center above the crossed fabric.
• Put elbows behind fabric so it is in armpit. Make adjustments so you are centered
Inversion with stretch
• Lean back slightly pushing fabric, open legs and hook feet on front side of fabric
• Press hands on knees for hip opening stretch.
• Bring knees together grab toes and open legs for straddle stretch.
Climb up to Straddle
• Hook both legs then bend at knees.
• Reach up above knees and pull yourself up. Open legs and arms leaning forward on fabric.
Exit
• Reach hands to front of fabric. Hold by waist bring knees together.
• Look to your tummy and roll forward.
• Release hands and unhook legs.
• Bring legs to center turning back to standing position.

Open Hammock Hamstring Stretch
• Open fabric place leg inside so there’s a little fabric by foot. Pull fabric up by hip.
• Place hands in center and press open fabric lean forward forhamstring stretch.
• Come back to standing and remove shoulders.
Thigh Wrap with Inversion
• Grab the fabric on the inside, reach hands high and turn leg thru center of fabric.
• Press forward, front arm reaches back to hold and bend knee to rest in fabric.
• Bring front arm to back side so both shoulders are behind fabric. Reach up and bring leg to front.
• Switch hand grip and reach back grab foot open chest.
• Switch hands back, slowly lean back and hook your leg from the outside in.
• Reach up and pull yourself up. Place foot on ground. Open arms stretch
• Unhook your shoulder. Bend knee and bring foot forward.
• Come back to center.

Practice on your right and left side🙃

• Start by opening the fabric and stepping in.
• Step one foot forward to the front of fabric. Make sure both shoulders are behind fabric.
• On the side opposite of standing leg, pull fabric open from behind.
• Bring your foot forward and step into open fabric.
Now you’re ready to spread your wings🙂
• Hands reach up and open legs to sides, adjust if needed.
• Enjoy holding this pose and breathing.
🦋Sitting Butterfly Pose🦋
• Hands reach up and pull as you bring your legs together, bend the knees inside the fabric.
• Open hips and (if you feel balanced) bring hands to prayer pose. Focus on your breathing.
💕Chest Opener💕
• Reach up hold the fabric and lean forward opening chest.
Exit
• Lean back into fabric, bring knees to center, pull up to standing position, and unhook feet into sitting position.

• Bend knee and put shoulders thru the center of fabric.
Spine Twist Stretch
• Open arms and hand with bent knee reaches down, other hand reaches up and gaze upward.
• Come back to standing and remove shoulders.
Thigh Wrap
• Grab the fabric on the inside, reach hands high and turn leg thru center of fabric.
• Hold forward and stretch arms. Next press forward, front arm reaches back to hold and bend knee to rest in fabric.
• Place hands together behind head and lean back for stretch.
• Bring front arm to back side so both shoulders are behind fabric. Reach up and bring leg to front.
• Bring shoulders forward, grip fabric with thumbs down. Stretch to open chest.
• Place foot on ground lean back and look up for leg stretch.
• Turn body forward and reach to toes for side stretch, gaze upward.
Come back to center.
